Yoga has taught me to enjoy life more.
let me share that with you...

As many yoga practitioners, I started out visiting some yoga classes occasionally. Already back then I especially enjoyed the flowing nature and physical exercise of vinyasa flows and the relaxing effect it had on my mind.
In Singapore, I learned about the roots of yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (yoga postures). I intensified my practice and discovered many different yoga styles reaching from hatha yoga and vinyasa flow to hot yoga and power yoga. At that stage I was especially fascinated by the physical effect of the yoga practice. Out-powered by an hour of hot yoga, sweat dripping from your body and always pushing your limits makes you feel great - well, at least after the shower. :)
It is now that I acknowledge a more profound meaning of yoga. 
I learned about the philosophical aspects and the anatomical background of yoga in my yoga teacher training in India in 2016,  and increased my understanding of yoga as a lifestyle. This is when I realized how everything ads up, why yoga makes me feel better physically and mentally and why yoga is good for me.

Yoga has brought a deep satisfaction, happiness, and self awareness to my life. I teach because I believe that yoga can help us to find back to our roots, feeling connected with ourselves, by taking care of our body, mind and soul.
